Well, I feel a little better this morning; maybe like only six sacks of shit today. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I have fallen asleep at around 8:30pm the last two nights in a row!

Ah, blessed sleep.

Of course, that means that I fell asleep during Gilmore Girls last night and missed Joe Millionaire AND the Real World/Road Rules Battle of the Sexes on Monday. Sheesh. I feel so out of the loop!

Luckily, I hear that Joe is being repeated tomorrow night. Of course, I'm spending the night at my parent's house, but chances are they'll be asleep and I'll get to watch it anyway. Like most old folks, they generally go to bed as the sun goes down.

Of course, they wake up with the sun, too, which means I'm sure to be an early riser on Friday. Good thing I'm getting a whole bunch of sleep now.

Aside from being sick yesterday, I also had cramps and a very busy day at work. I had a conference call with a very important customer and my voice was sounding suspiciously like Harvey Fierstein's. Plus, I actually had to do a lot of thinking throughout the day, which is not easy when your head is full of snot and throbbing ceaselessly. The good news is that I started my period a day early, which just means I'll be through with it that much earlier too.

I like to see the glass as half-full.
