Had a nice weekend. I ended up going out on Saturday night, rather than Friday. After I got home from work on Fri., I had to do a load of laundry in order to go out. After I had done that and relaxed a little bit, I was just too settled in to care much about going out.

I went to the Liquid Lounge on Sat. and had a good time. They did have karaoke, as I suspected. Not too many people there, and really nobody singing was too annoying. The few people who were singing could all at least carry a tune. Of course they loved me. It was pretty fun. Id like Barbi and Cathy to go with me some time, as they have a dartboard and Arnett would like the karaoke since it doesnt seem to get too crowded. Nice people seem to hang out there, too, which is always groovy.

And no, I didnt drink too much. Yay for me!

I pert near peed my pants on the way home, though. I knew I had to pee before I left, but didnt realize just how badly I needed to do soBoy howdy, did I run in to my apartment when I got home. Luckily, I remembered to get the new toilet paper out of the trunk first I was out completely.

Aside from that, I didnt do much but relax all weekend. I did a little bit of work on the pad, but really not as much as I should have. Sunday I was just kapooped from having gone out and so lay in bed most of the day. Im getting so old

John seems to be excited about seeing me this weekend. Should be an interesting time...

Im still doing pretty well on my diet. I did order a pizza Saturday, but thats all I really ate all weekend (aside from Slim Fast) and at like 2 pcs. for a meal, thats not too terrible. I still have leftovers that I can eat for dinner tonight, too.

Its so lovely outside right now. It has been raining all morning. Now the sun is coming out and the sky is blue cuz the smogs been washed away; there are still some clouds in the sky, too. So beautiful.

Yesterday I heard some people in the building next to mine arguing. I think they must have been standing outside (which they do often, while smoking). Anyway, this was a male/female couple who evidently live together and were having some domestic issues and I hear her say, Its a male thing. Males are just messy.

I just thought it was funny, the way she said thatMales are just messy.

Yep. That they are. Well, as a rule. John wasnt too bad, actually. At least he was neat. Im the opposite I may get a tad messy sometimes (bed just kind of thrown together, clothes not always hung up immediately after I take them off), but Im always clean. His stuff may look neat, but if you look closer youll see its not necessarily CLEAN.

Im going to go back to school in the fall. I was just looking at the web site and its too early to apply for Fall and for them to have the schedule of classes up. I looked thru the Summer session classes and boy they have lots of classes Id like to take. Im really looking forward to getting back in school. My brain is starting to atrophy
