The Friday Five:
1. When was the last time you laughed? This morning, reading an e-mail from a friend. 2. Who was the last person you had an argument with? Ooffor a full-blown argument, with someone who argued back, it was probably John. 3. Who was the last person you emailed? Gutterpoet, at about noon today. 4. When was the last time you bathed? I took a shower this morning, post-yoga and pre-work. The last time I had an actual bath was over the weekend. 5. What was the last thing you ate? A Yoplait Nouriche, for breakfast this morning. ~~~ Barbara arrived in Alaska yesterday. She will be there for over three weeks. I will be lonely. ~~~ John is not coming down this weekend. The only plans I have are to go on a 15-mile walk tomorrow morning as part of my training and to watch a repeat of The Sopranos and the new Sex and the City Sunday night. I suppose I may squeeze in a trip to Wal Mart tonight, since I used my last square of toilet paper this morning. What fun, eh? Have a nice weekend, yall. ~~~ Word of the Day for Friday August 22, 2003: stolid STOL-id, adjective: Having or revealing little emotion or sensibility; not easily excited. |
